DexRobot Unveils Full Dexterous Hand Series and New DexTele Teleoperation System at Automate 2026

By editorial News

At Automate 2026, DexRobot is showcasing its complete DexHand series, offering a tiered approach to dexterous manipulation. The flagship DexHand021 Pro features dual-tendon drive, 22 degrees of freedom, a 50N payload, full-palm multi-modal sensing, and over 300,000 durability cycles—all at one-fifth the cost of comparable systems. The industrial-grade DexHand021 provides 19 degrees of freedom, 23 built-in sensors, and tendon-driven underactuation for stable grasping. For cost-sensitive applications, the entry-level DexHand021 S offers 8 degrees of freedom at 0.6 kg with an open SDK, covering 80% of core hand functions. This range addresses needs from research to high-mix manufacturing and education.

DexTele System Debuts to Bridge Simulation and Reality

Making its first appearance at the show, the DexTele Teleoperation Data Acquisition System integrates teleoperation hardware, force-controlled humanoid arms, dexterous hands, and a professional data platform. The system is ready out of the box, requiring no secondary development on structure, electronics, communication, teleoperation algorithms, or data pipelines. It supports full-range complex postures with high precision and low latency, collecting tactile, joint, pose, vision, and depth data. Together with the DexHand series, DexTele forms a complete "hardware + data + toolchain" ecosystem, closing the loop from demonstration to execution to drive scalable AI-enabled manipulation and high-quality training data for automation.
