ENCY Software and Stäubli Robotics Forge Global Partnership to Democratize Robot Programming
In a move aimed at lowering the barrier to advanced robotics, ENCY Software and Stäubli Robotics have announced a global agreement to integrate their respective technologies. The partnership, formalized on July 7, 2026, in Limassol, Cyprus, pairs Stäubli’s industrial robot hardware with ENCY Robot, a CAD/CAM-based platform for offline programming, simulation, and trajectory generation.
The collaboration specifically targets the challenge of translating sophisticated CAD/CAM toolpaths into reliable, repeatable robot motions for high-precision applications such as milling, grinding, cutting, deburring, polishing, and laser processing. By simplifying this transition, the companies aim to make robot programming more intuitive and accessible to a broader range of manufacturers.
From Digital Design to Production-Ready Motion
“Manufacturers do not need another layer of complexity,” said Andrei Kharatsidi, CEO of ENCY Software. “They need a clear path from digital preparation to real robot motion. Together with Stäubli, we are making advanced robot programming more practical and predictable through ENCY Robot.”
ENCY Robot enables users to program robots entirely offline, simulate complete processes, and detect collisions or singularities before any physical setup begins. This approach drastically reduces robot downtime during programming and accelerates deployment cycles. Stäubli’s robots, known for their rigidity and precision, provide the hardware foundation required for reliable execution of complex trajectories in demanding production environments.

Industry Endorsement and Future Outlook
The agreement was highlighted at the ENCY World Conference 2026, where Stäubli Robotics joined ENCY Software and CNC Solutions to discuss tighter integration between robot hardware and digital manufacturing tools. Andrea Tagliabue, Global Leader of Application Experts for General Industry at Stäubli Robotics, emphasized the practical benefits: “Advanced robotics needs programming tools that are powerful, but also practical for real production. By combining Stäubli robot performance with ENCY’s offline programming and simulation capabilities, manufacturers and integrators can move more confidently from digital preparation to production.”
The partnership reflects a shared vision: making sophisticated robotic applications easier to program, easier to deploy, and easier to replicate across different sites and use cases.
